As semiconductor reshoring, net-zero decarbonization, and precision medicine reshape the global landscape, software-only models can no longer handle complex cross-border physical builds. Based in Singapore and expanding into North America, GuValue follows a strategic path of "rooted in physical assets (Atoms), empowered by data algorithms (Bits)," working alongside you in three stages:
Front-end Venture Building
Rather than acting as a detached third-party consultant, we become a developer working alongside you, advancing regulatory, environmental assessment, and clinical work together with licensed partners.
Project Structuring (Project SPV)
We set up an independent special purpose vehicle (SPV) for each project, for project planning and structural integration.
AI-Native Operations & Cross-Border Delivery (CiphTage)
CiphTage is GuValue's AI-native operations and cross-border delivery division. Through Keystone NX, it makes the progress, responsibilities and information of cross-border projects transparent and trackable.

2022
GuValue was founded, starting with cross-border commercialization partnerships for BNCT (boron neutron capture therapy) technology across the U.S., Japan, and Dubai.
2024
Joined the Taiwan Industrial Innovation Startup Association (TINVA) "2024 Select LA×TINVA" delegation to the Select LA Investment Summit in Los Angeles.
2026
Established CiphTage, GuValue's AI-native unit.

Abraham Hsu
Founder, GuValue / Cross-Sector Resource Integrator
A pioneer in uncertain markets, skilled at identifying survival value, driving technology into deployment as scalable MVPs, and turning frontier technology into trust assets with long-term growth potential. His cross-border experience spans large-scale banking systems in fintech, Firetide wireless mesh networks (as one of its master distributors, participating in city-scale wireless security network projects), income-producing real estate, supply chain finance, a cross-border BNCT precision medicine network, and AI infrastructure. In 2026 he established CiphTage, deepening its critical infrastructure focus with an FDE model. Details of relevant track record can be provided after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Kelly Wang
Co-Founder, GuValue / Director of Cross-Border Strategy & Channels
A strategic bridge between Asian high-tech supply chains and the U.S. market, driving strategic matching and resource deployment for Asian companies expanding into the U.S. With deep relationships among corporate decision-makers and next-generation family business successors, she serves as the front-end hub for GuValue MC's cross-border projects, efficiently gathering needs and connecting quality resources.
Mickey Lu
Chief Strategy Officer, CiphTage
A global systems integrator and brand systems architect with more than 20 years of experience scaling cross-border systems; he helped Riot Games build a consumer products supply chain and PMO system at the $100M+ level across 16 countries. He leads CiphTage's AI-enabled PMO, translating complex cross-border information in context and narrowing the information gap in U.S.–Taiwan projects.

Founding Partner, EnFlow Group
Formerly head of investments at a Forbes-ranked family office in Los Angeles, he has personally participated in evaluating and deploying more than US$1.5B in real estate and private capital. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.P.S. in Real Estate from Cornell University.

With 30 years of construction experience, he has personally delivered more than US$1.0B in projects across 35+ U.S. states; with industrial facility construction capability, he provides fast-track construction and quality support for high-tech supply chains.
